Data protection and your rights

How your data is handled and protected on this site.

Who is responsible

The controller for the data collected on this site is a private individual who runs it on a non-commercial basis. You can raise any question about your data through the site's contact form.

Cookie notice

Only cookies needed to run the site are used. Under PECR, advertising or analytics cookies are set only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Your browser settings also let you refuse cookies.

Recipients

Your data is not sold and is not shared without a lawful basis. The host, Krystal Hosting Ltd, acts as a processor on our instructions under Article 28 of the UK GDPR, without using your data for its own ends.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you can access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise these rights through the site's contact form. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the supervisory authority for the United Kingdom, at ico.org.uk.

Personal data collected

Only the data needed to handle your request is collected, and no sensitive data is requested.

  • Identity: the name you choose to give.
  • Contact details: your email and, if you wish, a phone number.
  • Your message: what you tell us about sex hookups.
  • Connection data: IP address, date and time of the request.

Currency of this policy

We update this policy if the law or the service changes. The current version on this site is the one in force.

Security

Your data is sent over a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access is limited to those who need it, and appropriate technical and organisational measures guard against loss, alteration or unauthorised disclosure.

Retention

Your data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose, then deleted, save where a legal duty applies. Access logs are kept only for a short time.

Purposes and lawful basis

Your data is used only to run the site, keep it secure and reply to you. The basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR, and consent where needed under Article 6(1)(a). Your data is never sold or rented.
